Submission Requirements

1.	Participants are required to design an A3 poster with a catchy tagline that illustrates the given theme. Each entry must include a short write up of not more than 100 words describing the rationale of the design.
2.	Poster design entries can be hand-drawn or created using computer design software available in the market.
3.	Participants can submit more than 1 entry. However, the participants can only submit individual entries. (i.e. no group entries are allowed.) The poster must be original in its design. Designs that have been previously awarded prizes in other competitions are not allowed for this competition. All entries must be accompanied by the official entry form which can be downloaded from our website.

4.	For hand drawn submissions, the entries must be mounted on a mounting board.
5.	For computer-created poster, the entry must be accompanied by a soft copy of the artwork in JPEG format. The resolution for the files should be a minimum of 300 dpi. The CD-ROM should be enclosed in an envelope or case.
